Nearly 40 years after UK classic rock legends Wishbone Ash played their first gig, the band still logs thousands of miles playing 150 to 200 shows a year across two continents. Road-tested rockers Andy Powell and Muddy Manninen on guitars, Bob Skeat on bass and Joe Crabtree on drums deliver the goods consistently, straight up: the “real deal" in every way.

The Real Deal Tour takes Wishbone Ash on an eight-month musical journey through the UK and the USA, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Holland, Scandinavia and Switzerland. Along the way, the band will hold fan conventions in Port St. Lucie, Florida, USA; and Chesterfield, UK.

Wishbone Ash's twin-lead guitar style, which combines melody and mastery, is the band's calling card. Their distinctive sound has influenced the likes of Thin Lizzy, Iron Maiden and a host of young bands.

There aren't many groups with Wishbone Ash's longevity, particularly bands that continuously produce new music. Insisting on moving forward, not content to be a nostalgia act, Wishbone Ash has released three new studio recordings in the past 6 years. Their shows are a mixture of choice selections from their extensive back catalogue and new material, satisfying longtime fans and new admirers alike.

Wishbone Ash is synonymous with authentic, “Aces up" rock 'n' roll: it's as real as it gets.
