(New York, NY) Whitney Houston is arguably one of the greatest singers in the entire history of music, yet she can't get a break or pardon from the press, bloggers and tabloids lately as she is currently performing around the world on her “Nothing But Love" Tour. While making recent stops in Britain, critics have been very harsh. For the record, Divas such as Ms. Houston aren't made; they're born with the God gift to bring down the house with their vocal range and power. Whitney is evidently one of these rare talents that come very few and far apart amongst the crowded music scene. Her tour is appropriately titled “Nothing But Love" because it's all about the love that she has for her craft, music and fans.

After going through many tumultuous personal battles over the past several years which include overcoming a drug addiction and recovering from an abusive marriage to R&B singer, Bobby Brown; Whitney has made major triumphs in the most recent years of her life. She credits getting strength from prayer, the unconditional but tough love from her mom Cissy Houston and the love and support from her #1 fan, her daughter Bobbi Kristina. Her fans are loyal supporters and have been waiting for her pinnacle second rise to claim her seat at the table of the elite Queen Diva ranking order with the successes of her latest CD release, “I Look To You" and the 25th year Deluxe Anniversary Edition remastered release of her 1985 self-titled debut album “Whitney Houston" which includes extra tracks and a bonus DVD of music videos, interviews and memorable and classic performances of the Soul-Pop Diva.

Whitney Houston is a living legend that has won countless awards and accolades throughout the many years. She holds the incredible record in the Guinness Book of World Records as music's “Most Awarded Female Artist of All Time" with an amazing tally of 411 awards. She also holds both the biggest-selling U.S. single of all-time (her career defining rendition of Dolly Parton's “I Will Always Love You") and one of the top 10 best-selling albums of all time (The Bodyguard soundtrack) to her many credits.

Whitney Houston has sold a remarkable combined total of 170 million plus, of albums, singles and video/DVDs worldwide. With all of the major accomplishments garnered throughout her spectacular career, she has established a benchmark for superstardom that quite frankly will never be surpassed in the tradition of fellow gifted singer/entertainer; the late great King of Pop, Michael Jackson. They both influenced all vocalists, male and female alike for well over 25 years now. All major vocalist in the music world, credit Whitney Houston as being their #1 influence for them while honing their craft. Veteran Modern Contemporary Jazz Saxophonist/Songwriter/Producer Alfonzo Blackwell paid tribute to Whitney Houston's artistry with his rendition of “I Have Nothing" on his 1995 debut CD release “Let's Imagine", from the juggernaut hit movie soundtrack for the blockbuster (The Bodyguard). Blackwell stated, “Whitney Houston, the incomparable songstress has the staying power to endure and her voice and music is a testament of that. Her mark on modern music has left an indelible legacy that will live on for future generations to marvel and honor. She has touched the human spirit with her vocal instrument. I sought out to deliver the passion and tonality of her human voice with my instrumental performance of her classic song “I Have Nothing". As a songwriter and producer; when I compose some of my ballads and soul/pop songs, I mainly have her voice in mind as the inspiration, thus she has made a huge impact on my approach to my songwriting and compositions. “Every time I Cry", “That Feeling", “Precious Love", “Your Touch" and “Missing You" are just a few songs that I've written, arranged and recorded over the years with Whitney in mind. I would be honored to work with her on future projects."

Houston is motivated by the amazing out-pour of support from her long-time relationship with music impresario, Clive Davis and her numerous celebrity friends which include the top musicians, entertainers, actors, athletes, spiritual leaders and life coaches in the world. Whitney Houston is a survivor and she will weather the storm she's currently facing in the media to prevail over the sea of her critics. She will always have “Nothing But Love" for her fans and supporters. “Keep moving forward..." remarked Blackwell from a recent statement he made sending encouraging words to Ms. Whitney Houston.
