The Vault VIP Lounge is now offering a wide selection of rare, imported beers along with artisan cheeses from around the world. The Vault VIP Lounge is Orange County's newest jazz venue, featuring live jazz from locally acclaimed musicians on Friday nights and before and after OC Pavilion main stage shows.

Beer enthusiasts are treated to rare, world class beers from Ireland, Belgium, Canada, England, France, Germany, India, Scotland, Italy, Japan, Sweden, Thailand, Vietnam and the United States. Prices range from $8 up to $70 for the Magnum of Duvel Ale (1.5 liters).

“We wanted to go beyond the basic beers to offer something world class that is not available at most of the bars and clubs in Orange County," said Philippe Antoine, General Manager of The Vault VIP Lounge and Ambrosia Restaurant. “Our wide selection allows us to offer rare imports that are sure to please the most selective beer aficionado."

The Vault VIP Lounge menu also features a Chef's selection of Artisan Cheeses. For under $20, guests receive a selection of five decadent cheeses from France, Spain and the United States. The generous portions, served with fresh bread and crackers, are the perfect compliment to the imported beers or available fine wines. The current menu includes the following cheeses:

Saint Andr, a French cheese of rich, triple-cream Cow's milk with a mild, mellow and buttery flavor

The Drunken Goat, a Spanish cheese of semi-soft Goat's milk from Jumilla, a region of Mucia, Spain, which has been immersed in Doble Pasta red wine for 48 to 72 hours and aged for 75 days. The cheese, while mild, has a sweet, smooth flavor and an agreeable, moist texture.

Aged Bandage Cheddar, a U.S. cheese of Cow's milk from the Fiscalini Family Creamery in Modesto, CA. This is a sharp, fruity cheddar that has been aged for 30 months and crafted in a traditional English farmhouse style.

Etorki, a French cheese that is aged A.O.C. 100% Sheep's milk from the high mountains of the Western Pyrnes in France. This is a true world class cheese with a nutty, almost fruity character.

Mine Shaft Blue, a U.S. cheese made in Placerville, CA of blue-viened Cow's milk in the traditional Gorgonzola style. It has been aged for 1 year in an old Gold Mine shaft, honoring California's heritage.

Two new signature drinks are also available in The Vault VIP Lounge, the Raspberry Mojito and the Blueberry-Tini,
