KBEM Jazz 88 radio’s Big Band Scene will present the internationally acclaimed U. S. Army Jazz Ambassadors at Farmington High School next month. The Ambassadors from Washington, DC are the premier touring big band of the U. S. Army, and one of the finest big bands in the world today. They will perform a FREE concert on Monday, October 29 at 7:30 p.m. at Farmington, MN High School. The Farmington High School Jazz Ensemble I, directed by Jeff Gottwig, will kick off the concert with three tunes. This band has won first place at the last two Roseville Winter Jazz Blast High School Jazz Festivals.
