Trojan Marching Band director Arthur C. Bartner is in his 40th year at the helm of the renowned band, and a special two-disk CD album -- containing 40 hit songs and entitled Trojan Legacy -- is being released this week at the bookstore and on Saturday at kiosks around campus.

Experience four decades of Trojan Marching Band hits with Trojan Legacy: 40 Years of Dr. Arthur C. Bartner and The Spirit of Troy, the new double CD album debuting this Homecoming at the USC Bookstore. Encompassing both the Then and Now of The Spirit of Troy, this definitive collection features two discs of new and archival material.

Live recordings of TMB hits from the Pete Carroll era join the original renditions of four decades of standards from Frankenstein to Heartbreaker to Tusk. Filling out the more than 40 songs are special bonus tracks, including the full USC Drumline cadence.

For a sneak peek into the Trojan Marching Band's music, as well as their weekend trip to South Bend, Indiana for the Notre Dame Game, watch this exclusive video filmed and produced by our Public Relations Director, Brett Padelford.

Set to come out on the day of the Homecoming Football Game (November 14th), the double CD album is a salute to Dr. Bartner's 40 years of devotion to the Trojan Marching Band. It will be available for purchase at the USC Bookstore (and at Bookstore Kiosks across campus and online at www.uscbookstore.com), for the low price of $24.99! We hope you enjoy the recording!
