The Village Voice recently stated that the URB ALT Festival features artists who are exemplars of boundary crossing, synthesis and unification." The fourth and final night of the URB ALT Festival showcases the mutant rock-soul-jazz-classical stalwarts of MuthaWit performing with special guests in homage to the Maestro of Love, Barry White. URB ALT founder states that Barry White's artistry has transcended genre and time by expertly walking the fine line between high art and a wink. I dare anyone to deny Barry White's funky grooves, sensual string arrangements and ability to set a mood for procreation." This exciting July 21st event also displays the award-winning short film, Slapboxin: Quickness of the Hand," the computer generated animations of Italy based visual artist Roy Lagrone, the live q3d animations of Harbinger" feature film director Tim Fielder and the visual projections of Lyndon Barrois, animation director of the Matrix series.
