Nu Jazz Agency Announces Special Breakout Session on Monetization of Jazz, Classical, World. & Non-Popular Music Content in the Digital Age at the New York Media Festival
Nu Jazz Agency has just announced that Managing Director Jerald Miller will be leading and moderating a discussion session entitled: Monetization of Jazz, Classical, World, & Non-popular Music Content in the Digital Age on October 7, 2015 from 11:00-11:40 a.m. for the New York Media Festival (formally Digital Media Wire’s Digital Music Forum) as part of the Innovation Summit Breakout Discussion to be held in New York City at the Museum of Jewish Heritage.

Jerald Miller is a widely recognized industry thought leader in the monetization of content in the genres of Jazz, Classical, World and non-popular music having Keynoted discussions at such prestigious music business conferences as MIDEM, APAP, and JazzAhead! to name just a few. The discussion will be an open forum, were people can exchange ideas and share their successes and failures about what is working for them and where the industry is going as a whole. “The Digital Entertainment World and New York Media Festival music business conferences have taken Jazz, Classical, and World Music, and other forms of non-popular music seriously for some time now," says Nu Jazz Agency Managing Director, Jerald Miller. “Our discussion session addresses the inherent opportunities that non-popular music has in a digital age to create relevant and exciting new material, while leveraging digital technologies to reach wider audiences with more robust and diverse content.”

NYME’s conferences bring together over 1,000 senior digital, games, music, television, advertising and video leaders, brands, investors and start-ups, providing a great opportunity for networking, deal-making and partnership building. For executives, the conferences focus on networking, meetings and deal-making and each conference features two tracks with fireside chats, debates, panels, demos and presentations on digital content creation, distribution, marketing, investment and monetization. Outside of the sessions, NYME provides meeting areas for power networking, receptions and after-parties.
