Appearing At The Metropolitan Room

Stevie Holland will be appearing at The Metropolitan Room in New York City from Wednesday, January 17th through Saturday, January 20th, 2007. She will be accompanied by Kris Davis on piano, Edward Perez on bass and Jeff Davis on drums. The program will consist of classics, standards and original songs, many from her recent critically acclaimed CD More Than Words Can Say.

A solid head for swing, an intelligent, honest approach to lyrics, a beautiful voice and the gift of being a first-rate, tour-de-force performer has earned Stevie Holland steady praise and fans in the cabaret and jazz worlds.

Previous CDs include Almost Like being In Love, which earned her the 2003 BACKSTAGE Bistro Award for Outstanding Vocalist of the Year and Restless Willow, which was voted a Top 10 CD of 2004 by listeners of KSDS FM in San Diego, CA and voted a Top 10 CD of the year by The Cape Fear Jazz Appreciation Society in North Carolina.
