US Trumpeter Matt Postle and Polish Live Electronics Artist Radek Rudnicki release first digital only album entitled Rpeduo.
Both Radek and Matt are currently studying for their PhDs at the University of York (UK) and maintain active performance careers playing throughout the UK and Europe.
The album explores interaction between trumpet and live electronics, exposes how limited material can be entertaining and evolving. Electronic grooves are combining hip-hop with techno, dub in experimental manner. Trumpet gives acoustic vibe to the performance. Improvisations slowly evolve in time into dense noise or fragmented pieces. None of the material is scored however each electronic sound is carefully crafted.
The album is available for purchase on Amazon, and will soon be available on Napster, Itunes, Zune, and several other online music stores.
