Soulive, New Riders of the Purple Sage, and KRS-One will be among many acclaimed musicians to perform at the second Rock The Resort festival, April 9-11, 2010 at the Hudson Valley Resort and Spa in Kerhonkson, NY. This 3-day indoor festival follows the inaugural Rock The Resort in December 2009, and will also feature Particle, Break Science, Skerik, Eliot Lipp, Jim Weider's Project Percolator, Nigel Hall and The Original Radioactive, who will host this special, intimate festival where artists and festival-goers interact both on-and-off stage. Rock The Resort II is located on 600 acres of beautiful land among the Shawangunk Mountains, just 20 minutes from New Paltz and 90 minutes from New York City, making it the ideal destination for music fans from NYC to New England.

Music will start on Friday at 4:30 p.m. and go until 6:00 a.m. On both Saturday and Sunday music will start at noon and go until 6:00 a.m. There will be two stages of music at Rock The Resort II. Art exhibits including live glass blowing, poetry workshops, daily open mics, non-profit community booths, independent vendors, food drive, live painting, and yoga classes will take place throughout the resort. Full access to the resort's spa, jacuzzi, miniature and Championship-size 18-hole golf courses, tennis courts and fitness center will also be available.

Additional artists performing at Rock The Resort II include: Rubblebucket, Roots of Creation, Sam Kininger Band, ReadNEX Poetry Squad, Sophistafunk, 9-year old reggae rocker Jaden, Jeff Bujak, Freedom Movement, Mr. Roper, BuzzUniverse, Lucid, The Reckoning, Dakini, Free Grass Union, Segway, Desolation Angels, Alchemy Unit, Tony G & FunkNut, Exit Clov, Ratboy Jr, Sellassie, Barleywine, SUBSOIL, Sweet Clementines, Jon of The Shred, Is, Ask for Lisa, By Land or Sea, and Gentlemen C. Among the 49 unique artists performing at Rock The Resort II, 7 will be children's acts including the Original RADIOACTIVE who will host a kid-hop/beatbox session for attendees of all ages. Rock The Resort II will also debut a Beat Box vs. Drums Vol. I set, plus hot DJ spins from Madam Bliss, DJ Deluxe, and DJ Obtuse.
