Rob Reddy's Honor System first stomped & wailed it's way through Reddy's adventurous music in 1992. The ensemble went on to release two critically acclaimed recordings,"Post-War Euphoria" (Songlines) and “Songs That You Can Trust" (Koch Jazz). Now Reddy has brought this thrilling ensemble back together. Steeped and soaked in the American folk musics: Gospel, Blues, Country, Folk, Early Jazz and Avant Jazz, the players are given generous space and freedom to stretch out and pair up, support and provoke one another to reveal a whole range of emotions; joy and anguish, delicate somber moods and rumbling ecstatic modes. Don't miss the return of one of the most urgent, exciting ensembles out there.

Rob Reddy-saxophones; Eddie Allen-trumpet; Josh Roseman-trombone; Jef Lee Johnson-guitars; Dom Richards-double bass; JT Lewis-drums.

The passion and fire of Charlie Burnham's violin has graced the work of many: Cassandra Wilson, James Blood Ulmer, Steven Bernstein, Susie Ibbara, Peter Apfelbaum, Medeski, Martin & Wood, and many, many others. But armed with a whole new book of originals and a stellar new band, Burnham's step into the spotlight has long been coming. Wordly and other-wordly sounds can be heard from Burnham's musical and personal journeys as his soulful voice and violin lead you down some open roads and dark alleys, and bring you to some spots you may not have known even exist.

Charles Burnham-violin and vocals; Clark Gayton-trombone; Curtis Fowlkes-trombone; Mark Peterson-bass; Pheeroan akLaff-drums
