Rob Mullins Trio to Perform at Riordan Fellows Gala Fundraising Event

LOS ANGELES, CA -- Rob Mullins Trio will perform Saturday April 18 2009 from 7-11p.m. at the Riordan Fellows Gala Fundraising Event. The event will be held at the Beverly Hills Country Club.

“We are honored to have such a famous and accomplished entertainer as Rob Mullins for our event" says Hao Hu, Riordan Gala Event Co-manager. “We look forward to a successful event with many planned activities and Rob Mullins as the focal point for our entertainment" Hu added.

Attire for the Gala is semi-formal. There will be several keynote speakers as well as wine tasting and other activities. Tickets are $50.00 each. Tickets may be purchased here.

The Riordan Programs consists of the Scholars Program and the Fellows Program. The Scholars Program is designed to empower at-risk high school students with tools for success in college and beyond. The Fellows Program helps under-represented college students and recent college graduates prepare for business school and careers in management.

Since the program's inception in almost 22 years ago, the program has had a great number of success stories. Over 1700 students have participated in the Riordan Programs. 100% of the Riordan Scholars are matriculating to college with nearly 60% choosing University of California campuses. More than 800 people have graduated from the Fellows program and gone on to attend many of the top business schools in the country, including Stanford, Harvard, Wharton, Kellogg, Columbia, UCLA Anderson, U.C. Berkeley, MIT, and Yale.
