Three weeks after announcing his return to the Fresno Art Museum as Musical Director/Resident Artist and curator of the Rhythms of Art Concert Series, Armen Nalbandian announced on the KFCF/KPFA radio program “Move on Up" a detailed description of his upcoming season.
