ADRENALINE JAZZ

Are you ready to hear traditional Jewish melodies in a Jam band format? Please join our audience for this swingin’ trio comprised of drummer Reuben Hoch (Greg Osby, Leni Stern, Lonnie Plaxico), Hammond B3 guru Ken Burkhart (Jazzberry Patch) and eight-string guitarist Tom Lippincott (Dave Liebman, Don Friedman, Ed Schuller). Each a veteran of his instrument, this presentation derives influences from Phish, Medeski, Martin and Wood, Galactic, The Stanton Moore Trio and Hoch’s own Chassidic Jazz Project (have fun Googling all that).

Please tune in worldwide on our Internet site at WLRN.Org at 1:00pm, EST on 6/15/12, for the broadcast.

This show is generously co-sponsored by Pollo Tropical and Friends of WLRN.
