Please tell fans and friends of jazz to vote in the Search For A New Jazz Star" at http://www.euroclubdejazz.com/talentsearch/files/rd1finalists.htm one set of votes per email addressee. Visitors to the microsite have been voting since we posted the live samples and we anticipate a high number of visitors to the competition especially with the holiday season this month. Please visit the main www.EuroClubdeJazz.com website for updates and current front runners as the month progresses. The sound samples have been added to the microsite and we will market the talent search at www.sonyjazz.net, the EuroClubdejazz.com website, through our radio dj friends and newsgroups. We would appreciate any marketing or promotion you can offer on other websites.
The EuroClubdeJazz.com project is a 'not-for-profit' project to try and support the jazz-music industry and the musicians who are carrying on the legacy. The Search For A New Jazz Star" competition will hopefully raise the awareness of the music and we are encouraging visitors to enquire about artists and tracks they like.
Watch out for the JAZZNET project starting in 2004 which will be an association of independent jazz companies, musicians and related companies coming together to offer further assistance to the jazz-music industry. Wes Gillespie Editor EuroClubdeJazz.com
