Pianist Franck Amsallem's CD Out A Day rereleased (Nocturne NTCD 360).

“The writing is exquisite “...And Keep This Place In Mind For a Better One is Hard To Find" and the following two tracks, “Running After Eternity" and “Dee" are among the finest for piano trio we have heard in a very long time. Those that follow, “On Your Own" and “Affreusement Votre (Horribly Yours)", are almost equally as good. We're in danger of gushing and embarrassing ourselves. Sample this wonderful record at all costs". ~PENGUIN GUIDE TO JAZZ ON CD'S (4TH EDITION)

“I like Franck Amsallem's first record and I hope there are more to come that build on the promise of “Out A Day". There is every reason to expect excellence from this young pianist who prepared with such discipline for his first recording opportunity. The liner notes make repeated reference to his potential and I have to agree. The promise of good things to come is based on the considerable appeal of the piano trio performances on this recommended cd". ~CARL BAUGHER, CADENCE

All About Jazz & Jazz Near You were built to promote jazz music: both recorded and live events. We rely primarily on venues, festivals and musicians to promote their events through our platform. With club closures, shelter in place and an uncertain future, we've pivoted our platform to collect, promote and broadcast livestream concerts to support our jazz musician friends. This is a significant but neccesary effort that will help musicians now, and in the future. You can help offset the cost of this essential undertaking by making a donation today. In return, we'll deliver an ad-free experience (which includes hiding the bottom right video ad). Thank you.
