News From Fay Victor

Starting this June I will be hosting an evening at a great spot in Brooklyn called Freddy's Bar and Backroom. The 'Moodswing Series' will be held on the 2nd Monday of every month. Freddy's Bar is located at 485 Dean Street, Brooklyn, NY 11217 - Trains: 2/3 to Bergen, 4/5 to Atlantic, M/N/R to Pacific. Check www.freddysbackroom.com at the beginning of May for more info and of course www.fayvictor.com, which will have more info on the series in about a week or so. The first date of this happening is June 13, 2005.

This month, I'm playing out at the 55 Bar on Saturday, April 23rd from 6:00 PM - 9:00PM. There is no cover. I played here in January for the first time and it was a blast! What a great place to play and hear music. I am happy to be back there again. Come hang out with us. It will be a new line up and a new vibe featuring Anders Nillson-guitar, Ken Filiano-bass and Michael T.A. Thompson-drums.

And finally, there has been a major revamp of the fayvictor.com site. It has been completely re-designed and the site is bigger and much more involved. Please take a look when you can and let me know what you think. I would love your feedback. Jochem (my husband) and I have also been busy in March writing for an upcoming project - to be recorded later this year. Details to follow in a newsletter coming up.

Thanks for reading.

Happy spring, Fay
