Trumpeter/composer Nick Drozdoff has released more new music on his MP3.COM site.

Drozdoff's site, located at http://www.mp3.com/NickDrozdoff features over 70 sound files of Drozdoff's music which are free for the taking in either playback or download mode.He has six Cd's available there for purchase as well.

The latest CD, “New Stuff by Nick Drozdoff" is in the construction phase. The first two cuts are posted for free download right now. These are titled “Hope Deferred" and “Trumpet Miniature #1". The next cut, “Yon Form Rows" will be completed by Friday 1/11/02 and should appear on the site by 1/14/02.

MP3.COM is a remarkable repository of music. The listener can listen to free music just as he/she would listen to a radio. However, the artist is paid for EACH download or playback, NOT just for a statistical estimate of the amount of playback, as is done by organizations such as ASCAP or BMI. The independant artist has a real haven for creativity and experimentation here. The listener has a huge source of truly different music.

Drozdoff has been on MP3.COM for several years now. Once again, to hear some “New Stuff by Nick Drozdoff" go to http://www.mp3.com/NickDrozdoff.
