Michael White Quintet Selected as a Finalist in the 2006 ISC

The 2006 International Songwriting Competition has informed that the song “Mechanical Man" from the CD Voices has been selected as a finalist in the Jazz Category. And quotes “Being selected an ISC finalist is an accomplishment that acknowledges true songwriting talent. The ISC finalists were chosen out of almost 15,000 entrants from 88 countries, making this an extraordinary achievement on your part, and we are very pleased to congratulate you." The all winners will be announced after being judged by recording artists & music industry judges in March 2007.

the People's Voice - an online voting contest that allows the public to listen to all the finalists' songs and vote for their favorite. Voting will take place from February 1 through February 28, 2007.
