Linda Presgrave - piano, Wei-Sheng Lin - bass, Seiji Ochiai - drums, Stan Chovnick - soprano sax Continuing on the “journey" of exploring and performing music written by jazz artists “who happen to be women", Linda's quartet previews the concert they will present for an upcoming Italian tour as a featured group as a part of the “Donne in Jazz" (women in jazz) concert series in Frascati and Rome, Italy. This is Linda's third invitation to the event and her group's second.

About Linda Presgrave

Linda Presgrave, jazz pianist, composer and arranger, relocated to New York City in 1998 leaving a very active music career in her native city of St. Louis. She has recorded three CDs as a leader on the Metropolitan Records label including In Your Eyes, The Linda Presgrave Quartet - LIVE and The Journey. Linda is also one of the featured artists and composers on the label's 2006 seasonal compilation A Jazz Christmas: That Special Time of Year. Linda has been a featured artist three times on the stage of the prestigious JVC Jazz Festival, New York and her quartet has performed in some of the finest jazz venues in New York including Dizzy's Club Coca-Cola (Jazz at Lincoln Center) and the IRIDIUM Jazz club as well as a year long stint at the Warwick New York Hotel.
