one of the leading musicians on the blossoming European avant-garde/electronica scene, tenor saxophonist Hakon Kornstad (wibutee, tri-dim) teams up with fellow Norwegian Opsvik, Keyboard Maestro Taborn and Marc Ribot and Nels Cline's drummer Ches Smith for some unpretentious non-complicated high-energy jazz music straight from the gut; originals, Keith Jarrett 70's tunes, beach boys, Artie Shaw, Peggy Lee, obscure melodies from the 40's and more.
