Vocalist JULIE HARDY At Jazz Standard April 4 To Celebrate Fresh Sound CD Release, A Moment’s Glance

Presented by Fred Hersch, Hardy’s Band Features Randy Ingram, Joel Frahm, Ben Street, and Adam Cruz Julie Hardy is well on her way to becoming a major voice in today’s jazz scene, having recently been signed to the prestigious Barcelona-based independent jazz label, Fresh Sound New Talent. The only American vocalist recording for Fresh Sound, Hardy’s debut CD, A Moment’s Glance (March 1, 2005) features Ben Street, bass; Adam Cruz, drums; Rob Stillman, tenor saxophone; and Randy Ingram on piano.
