Jordan Piper
Pianist and award-winning composer Jordan Piper is releasing his first album of original music, entitled Colors on May 1st.

Described as having “melodically rich solos," by Zan Stewart of the NJ Star Ledger, Jordan has honed his playing and writing over the past few years of working steadily around the New York area and abroad. Known for his understated style and effortless groove, Jordan has played with bands and accompanied countless singers at venues such as The Blue Note NYC, Cleopatra's Needle and Trumpets Jazz club in Montclair, NJ. At the ripe young age of 24, there is plenty of fire in this recording, which features a stellar band of like-minded young musicians.

The band will assemble for a CD- release show at Miles Cafe in NYC on May 10th at 8:30pm. Caleb Curtis plays saxophone and flute, Arthur Vint plays drums, Sam Trapchak and Adrian Moring alternate on bass, and Eric Burns plays guitar.
