The Bill Holman Band Live CD on Jazzed Media has received a Grammy nomination for Best Large Jazz Ensemble Recording in the 48th annual Grammy Awards. Bill Holman is recognized as one of the premier jazz writers and arrangers and The Bill Holman Band has been an active part of the big band jazz scene since the early 1970's. Bill Holman has previously received a total of 13 Grammy nominations in his long and distinguished music career. The album was produced by Graham Carter, owner of Jazzed Media which is based in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area. Jazzed Media produces both new and vintage unreleased jazz recordings for release, and also jazz documentaries. The 2005 Jazzed Media documentary video production Phil Woods “A Life in E Flat" has received a Telly Award- Winner, Videographer Award of Excellence, and a MarCom Creative Award-Gold.
