Saxophonist and York, PA native, Tim Warfield debuted his latest release, A Sentimental Journey featuring trumpeter, Terell Stafford, organist, Pat Bianchi, and drummer Byron Landham. This established major artist, with a string of fine Criss Cross label releases, has appeared on several GRAMMY-nominated recordings, and has performed with such names as Dizzy Gillespie, Christian McBride, Nicholas Payton, Jimmy Smith, Papa John DeFrancesco, Shirley Scott and Bill Cosby. He serves as “artist-in-residence" at Messiah College in Grantham, PA, and has recently joined the adjunct faculty at Temple University's Boyer School of Music and Dance in Philadelphia, PA.

In July of 2010, his latest recording, A Sentimental Journey, was selected as a “Critics Choice" in the “New York Times" by Ben Ratliff, and recently lauded in the November issues of Downbeat and Jazz Times magazines. The CD features such classics as, “I'll Be Seeing You," “In a Sentimental Mood," “Here's That Rainy Day," and “Crazy Rhythm."

Jazz Nights are all-inclusive evenings featuring:

8 to 10 pm Hors d'oeuvre reception and galleries open. Hearty appetizers and desserts presented by Havana Catering. Refreshments presented by River Horse Brewing Company and Sand Castle Winery. 8:30-11 pm Concert with one intermission

Tickets: General admission seating: members $34/non-members $40
Reserved table seating for 4 to 6: member $42/non-member $48

Student ticket: $20 with paying adult

Reception and museum admission are included in ticket price.
