Jazz Legend Steve Smith Set to Light up an Oshkosh Stage

A notable name in jazz is drumming up an all-star Oshkosh performance.

American jazz drummer/ educator Steve Smith, who has collaborated with hundreds of artists over the years, resurfaces in the city on the water Wednesday, Oct. 8. Smith returns to take the stage with tenor/soprano sax player Walt Weiskopf, bassist Baron Browne, alto-sax crooner Andy Fusco and pianist Mark Soskin, at 7:30 p.m. in the Algoma Club above Water City Grill, at 107 Algoma Blvd.
