Jazz Guitarist and Composer Michael-Louis Smith to Perform April 10 & 24 at the Willamsburg Music Center

Jazz guitarist and composer Michael-Louis Smith will bring two of his projects, The Left Ear Trio and the Michael-Louis Smith Quintet, to perform two sets of original music at Brooklyn's Williamsburg Music Center on Saturday April 10, and Saturday April 24.

The Left Ear Trio will appear on April 10 for a live, recorded performance of brand new original music. The group features Michael-Louis Smith (MLS) on guitar, Andy Carballeira on Hammond organ, and Jon Fisher on drums. The ambitious Guitarist will return on April 24 with the Michael-Louis Smith Quintet in support of his new CD, Portrait of MLS (unreleased as of press time), with NYC jazz luminaries; Stacy Dillard on Saxophone, Theo Hill on piano, Diallo House on bass and Jeremy Bean Clemons on drums. Set times for each show are at 10:00 and 11:30 pm. Tickets are $10 and may be purchased at the door on the evening of the concert.
