The Yippie Museum is chartered by the Board of Regents of New York State and exists to preserve the history of the Youth International Party and all of its offshoots. The Yippie Museum Cafe is dedicated to bringing you the best in a wide variety of musical talent.

Everyone who plays there wants to come back cause they dig the venue.

No alcohol is sold nor can you bring any in. Kids are welcome.

About Ian Anthony

Ian Anthony is a songwriter and self-taught musician. He plays a number of instruments, the chief one being bass guitar. He also plays steel drums (bass), maracas, and irons, a percussive instrument used in steelband orchestras.

He was born in Trinidad, West Indies, and is a naturalized US citizen currently residing in New York. He is the founder of IR Music Publishing and All Inclusive Records.

He plays and/or composes jazz, blues, bossa nova, calypso, new age and pop music of all varieties.

Ian takes pride in stating he has no formal musical training. His attempts to understand theory came, to paraphrase him, at his own leisure and at no formal institution.

Ian's first release “Got Bass?” will be available by the Winter of 2008.
