Frank Hewitt, has his Jazz CD entitled All That Jazz and Blues up for the 48th annual GRAMMY AWARDS. The album released on JC Records features the late, great Frank Hewitt on piano, and is released in Hewitt's memory. The album also features Frank's Jazz protg and friend James Cannings on guitar. James also produced this great album.

Voting for the Grammy Awards is cast by voting members only of The National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, Inc., (NARAS) and is guided by high standards of artistic and technical expertise only, and is to be judged by quality alone, uninfluenced by personal friendships, company loyalties, regional preferences, mass sales, or popularity. NARAS has conducted this event for the past 48 years. As a voting member in good standing James Cannings is privileged to participate in that voting process.

All About Jazz needs your support

All About Jazz & Jazz Near You were built to promote jazz music: both recorded and live events. We rely primarily on venues, festivals and musicians to promote their events through our platform. With club closures, shelter in place and an uncertain future, we've pivoted our platform to collect, promote and broadcast livestream concerts to support our jazz musician friends. This is a significant but neccesary effort that will help musicians now, and in the future. You can help offset the cost of this essential undertaking by making a donation today. In return, we'll deliver an ad-free experience (which includes hiding the bottom right video ad). Thank you.
