Just a reminder that tomorrow night, Friday, September 23 I'm singing at The Triad! Come and celebrate John Coltrane's birthday with us - we'll be playing a couple of his originals and one of his favorites. With me on the stand will be Timo Elliston on piano, Bob Bowen on bass and Elizabeth Keledjian on drums.

The Deborah Latz Quartet offers up straight-ahead jazz vocals with a dash of Monk, a cool sip of bossa, and an inkling of film noir.

In Toward Love, her 2004 debut jazz CD on June Moon Productions, Deborah Latz weaves ten standards into an odyssey of love. With a voice, which by turns is sexy, sultry and playful, Deborah Latz leads us to places, both distant and achingly familiar. For more information please visit www.deborahlatz.com
