Charles Bradley will head out for an extensive winter tour in support of his captivating, raw and honest debut record No Time For Dreaming, out January 25 via Daptone imprint Dunham Records. The 62-year old soul singer kicks off his U.S. tour opening for Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings on January 21 in Portsmouth, NH and then heads to Europe for a two-week tour opening for Lee Fields and the Expressions. He's set to join The Budos Band in April for a mid-west run as well. Look for Charles to also headline a record release show at Southpaw in Brooklyn on Tuesday, January 25. All tour dates are below.

Joining Charles for all dates in Europe is The Menahan Street Band (an all-star assemblage of musicians from the Dap-Kings, The Budos Band, Antibalas, El Michels Affair, and Lee Fields and the Expressions), who also backed Bradley through the entirety of Dreaming.

All About Jazz needs your support

All About Jazz & Jazz Near You were built to promote jazz music: both recorded and live events. We rely primarily on venues, festivals and musicians to promote their events through our platform. With club closures, shelter in place and an uncertain future, we've pivoted our platform to collect, promote and broadcast livestream concerts to support our jazz musician friends. This is a significant but neccesary effort that will help musicians now, and in the future. You can help offset the cost of this essential undertaking by making a donation today. In return, we'll deliver an ad-free experience (which includes hiding the bottom right video ad). Thank you.
