"Organic Chemistry", by the late great organist Bobby Forrester, has been released nationally today on Lollipop Recordings. It is Forrester's first and only CD as a leader, recorded at Smalls in New York City shortly before his untimely death two years ago, and includes Bubba Brooks (from Bill Doggett's group) on tenor sax, William Ash on guitar, and Tootsie Bean on drums.
