The Aardvark Jazz Orchestra celebrates Duke Ellington
's birthday ,April 29, with a program of standards, rarities, and selections from the Second Sacred Concert, performed in 1969 at Emmanuel Church. Vocal soloists include Dominique Eade, Grace Hughers, and Jerry Edwards. The concert is part of Jazz Week and of the Emmanuel Church's 150th Anniversary.
