Beck did a secret show at The Echo in L.A. last night, performing five new songs off of his forthcoming album Modern Guilt. He also played some from his collection of hits, but no “Loser."
Word circulated around town, even made a small notice in the Times that Beck Hansen, better known as the singer/guitarist Beck returned to one of his haunts the club Echo.
Seems these intimate “secret shows" at the Echo that Beck had in the past few months are just practice for a larger stage. Beck has announced a headlining show at the Hollywood Bowl on Saturday, Sept. 20. also performing that night are Spoon and MGMT!
