Al Jarreau resumed his world tour with a sold-out show near Frankfurt, Germany, in the city of Hanau. He performed for a thrilled, and loudly appreciative audience.
On the day before the concert, Al hit the studio to try out his voice and do some recording. The result is a new song, entitled “Double Face," which will be released in late September as a featured track on Eumir Deodato's new album.
Al and his band plan to continue the tour as scheduled, which will include upcoming stops in Europe, Japan, and the USA. Other cities are being added to the tour schedule throughout the rest of 2010
Finally for now: Al is neverendingly thankful for the incredible medical care that he received from so many professionals in France, and especially from the cardiac experts at Hospital de la Timone in Marseille.
