Additional Security Measures in Place for Robert Plant Show

Ottawa—Additional security measures will be in place for Robert Plant & the Band of Joy's festival-opening performance on June 23. In order to insure the safety and well being of the performers the TD Ottawa Jazz Festival must insist on forbidding the following items from festival grounds:

  1. No cans, bottles or refillable containers of any kind will be permitted. Water will be provided on site free of charge.

  2. No chains or sharp spikes will be permitted now

  3. Absolutely no video or audio recording equipment including cameras. All such devices will be confiscated at the gate.

  4. No laser pointers

  5. No glow sticks

  6. No backpacks. All bags will be searched at the doors, so please leave your bags at home.

  7. No weapons or fireworks

We apologize for any inconvenience, but the Festival must take every precaution to ensure the safety of the artists and audience members.
