The Long View, Tom Van Seters' much-anticipated second album as a leader, features his distinct compositions performed by an all-star lineup of Canadian jazz greats.
Accompanying Van Seters is Juno award winner Don Thompson on vibraphone, backed by the outstanding rhythm section of Fraser Hollins on double bass and Karl Jannuska on drums. The Long View was recorded in Winnipeg after a highly successful concert tour of the Canadian Prairies during the fall of 2005.
