New Zealand reggae-funk heavyweights The Black Seeds announce their return to North America in April to support the release of their highly anticipated new studio album, Dust And Dirt, out in April on Easy Star Records.

Renowned globally for their legendary live shows, the band has spent the past 18 months holed up in their Wellington, NZ studio finishing what is being tipped as their finest album yet.

With multi-platinum selling albums down under, The Black Seeds have built up strong followings in Europe and North America in recent years on the back of major festival performances and the successful 2009 release of their album Solid Ground. In North America, the band is once again working with buzzed about indie label Easy Star Records, to release their new album Dust And Dirt. Easy Star will also be re-issuing The Black Seeds' celebrated back catalog on the same day, with some of the titles seeing their first physical release in the States.
