The Final Concert of the Season at Villa Christina Live Jazz in the Garden Featuring Tammy Allen
TD Entertainment and Smooth Jazz 107.5 WJZZ bring the Jazz Concert Series to an end on a high mark with the lovely and exceptionally talented Jazz vocalist and composer Tammy Allen on September 16th. Her powerful silky smooth voice, relentless energy and commandment of the stage will leave a lasting impression. Tammy is accompanied by her incredible band The Colors of Jazz. She is also the founder of the Future of Jazz competitions, has toured all over the US, and performs regularly in Atlanta.
The Summer Jazz Series offers free jazz concerts all summer long in Villa Christina's serene oasis of calm: flourishing gardens situated next to meandering streams and cascading waterfalls. The Doors open at 4:00 p.m. and music begins at 5:30 p.m. Concert goers should bring blankets or lawn chairs for comfortable seating. Children of all ages are welcome and will be delighted by free activities including a moonwalk and face painting.
A variety of food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be offered by Villa Christina for purchase. Nibble on light delicacies such as fresh chicken and salmon salads, or feast on gourmet burgers stuffed with special seasonings, plump hot dogs with French fries, or real Italian-style pizza straight from the wood-burning-oven. Be sure to save room for an indulgent dessert such as tiramisu or cheesecake or soft and chewy home-made cookies. No coolers please.
