Be part of this great event as we showcase living legends of one of the only true American Art forms Jazz!

The Temecula Valley International Jazz Festival is putting out the call for volunteers to assist in running our 6th Annual Event, in Historic Old Town Temecula. Recently voted one of the most popular local events by a city-run survey, the Jazz Festival is unique in its broad appeal. This event attracts not only local, and regional, but also national and international attention, thanks in part to sponsorships by The City of Temecula, the Garrett Group, Abbott, Down Beat magazine, Jazz 88.3 KSDS FM from San Diego City College, KJAZZ 88.1 from California State University Long Beach, KTIE 590 AM and All About Jazz. The event showcases living legends of American own true musical art forms jazz music.

We need helping hands - artists, jazz fans, music lovers and plain old community-minded citizens to aid us in making this celebration of Americas music an exciting and interesting event that will bring favorable publicity on our unique area, says jazz festival producer Jon Laskin. We are looking for a diverse group of folks that can help with tasks from stage management and public relations to aiding us in keeping the area welcoming, friendly, and free of refuse.

Youth volunteers can earn community service credit by participating.

Everyone that joins the team will be able to enjoy the music and carnival atmosphere, while achieving a feeling of accomplishment in reinforcing our towns positive, neighborly image.
