Sydney Bands,musicians and Entertainers at the Hills Relay for Life Event

Bands, musicians and entertainers are an invaluable resource for attracting people to major fundraising events for charities.



One such event called “The Hills Relay For Life" is a community event dedicated to the raising of funds for the NSW Cancer Council. It is a 24 hour event located at Castle Hill Showground, commencing 10am Sat 19th May 2007 and concludes 10am Sunday 20th. The Hills Relay For Life event is now in its 6th year and has raised in excess of $650,000 in Sydney towards cancer research.



A Sydney Northern Beaches band, Viva the duo will be appearing at The Hills Relay for Life on 19th May. The band is well known in Sydney for regularly providing their musical services for community events including; aged care and senior concerts, local Council community events and Jazz festivals.



Viva the Duo has a busy schedule of commercial work as a band for gala functions, weddings, corporate promotions and as an act for International shows, however they manage to fit in over 150 performances for charity events annually.



Viva the duo perform a delightful mix of “hep" Gypsy Jazz, Swing, Latin, French, Spanish and stunning classic show tunes.
