THE WINNERS - PICKED BY THE PRESS - PERFORM TO SHOW WHY THEY WERE CHOSEN!
This year's Nightlife Awards at Town Hall, on Monday, January 28th at 7 PM will feature performances by such jazz greats as John Pizzarelli, Jessica Molaskey, Carol Sloane, Bill Charlap, Allan Harris, Anat Cohen, Hilary Kole, and the great Marilyn Maye. You will also witness performances by the UK's great Barb Jungr who was just featured in Time Out NY, Natalie Douglas, and if he gets back from Japan in time, the legendary Hank Jones. Among the additional winners and special guest stars who will be performing, there will be the classic Sandy Stewart (currently at the Oak Room with her son, Bill Charlap), the hilarious musical comedy group, Modern Man, 3x Grammy winner from Nashville, Lari White, and such stars as Lucie Arnaz, Julie Halston, Sandy Duncan, and Tony Award winners Bill Irwin and Joanna Gleason. The show will be hosted by 3x Emmy winner BRUCE VILANCH (who usually writes the Academy Awards show when he's not on strike!).
