has been playing acoustic and electric bass for more than half of his 30 years. He started playing electric bass in high school, mentored by Ricardo Jackson, and took up the acoustic instrument during his first semester at Kutztown University. He eventually graduated Kutztown with a B.A. in Music Education, and later earned a Masters in Jazz Studies from Rutgers University. Along the way, he studied with giants such as Mike Richmond
