I'm going to New York tomorrow to play and hang with the kids from Kenmore East HS, who won the Big Phat Band contest we held for the release of “That's How We Roll." Everyone in the music program got a copy of the CD, plus charts and method books. Plus I wrote the band a custom chart that we are premiering on Thursday night!
It's called “I'm Cooler Than I Look" (A Band Geek's Credo). Also on the program are the awesome Army Jazz Ambassadors.
