CD RELEASE TOUR
SHAYNEE RAINBOLT
AT HOME
Available Now on 33 RECORDS

Wherever the stage, whatever the song, vocalist Shaynee Rainbolt is right at home. Join her as she travels around the world in celebration of her new 33 Records release At Home.

Shaynee kicks off the At Home Tour with stops at Catalina Jazz Club in Los Angeles on May 3; Jazz at Pearl's in San Francisco on May 11; The Jazz Standard in New York on May 22; and PizzaExpress Jazz Club in London on June 19-20. The tour will continue throughout the year; visit www.shayneerainbolt.com for updates.

Equally at home singing jazz standards or Broadway tunes, 33 Jazz Records recording artist SHAYNEE RAINBOLT sparkles on every stage. Her sound and approach place her somewhere in the intriguing area between jazz and that realm of pop music that draws its material from the Great American Songbook.

Following the release of her critically-acclaimed debut From This Moment On, Shaynee steps out on the next leg of her musical journey with At Home. A gifted storyteller with a voice and personality that make people want to listen, she takes the audience on a guided tour of songs written by Harry Warren/Al Dubin, Stephen Sondheim, Dave & Samantha Frishberg, Legrand & The Bergmans, Rodgers & Hart, Livingston & Evans and other renowned wordsmiths.

On the record's 12 tunes, Shaynee swings, scats, croons and connects with every word. From “I Only Have Eyes for You" to “The Girls of Summer," “I Can't Make You Love Me, “Mink Schmink," “Blizzard of Lies" and “Easy to Remember," her CD and stage performances draw listeners into a warm and comfortable place.

“When I first visited New York City, I felt as if I had found my home," Shaynee says. “The energy, the people, the art; everything about it resonated with me. I wanted to live there; and just over a year ago, that dream became a reality."

Today, she's knee-deep in the hustle and bustle of the Big Apple. She has performed at Iridium, The Encore, Helen's, Danny's Skylight Room and every Thursday night, the Shaynee Rainbolt Trio takes its spot at Charley O's in the heart of the theater district. Before changing coasts, she was a staple on the San Francisco Bay Area music scene, working at The Empire Plush Room, Jazz at Pearl's, The Purple Onion, The Cosmopolitan and Club Jazz Nouveau. She also has taken the stage in Los Angeles, New Orleans, London and other cities around the globe.

Shaynee tapped into the vast array of stellar New York musicians to round out her sophomore release. With Lee Musiker (Tony Bennett's musical director) on piano, the rest came easily. Produced by Judy Barnett and Scott Noll, At Home also features Ray Marchica, drums; Marshal Rosenberg, percussion; Tom Hubbard, bass; Cliff Lyons, sax; and Bud Burridge, trumpet, along with guest appearances by guitarist Gene Bertoncini and flutist Dan Willis.

Experience the music of Shaynee Rainbolt, and you're sure to feel what being at home is all about.
