Adam Kolker, a critically acclaimed jazz composer, tenor saxophonist, flutist, clarinetist, bass clarinetist and Sunnyside Records artist, also leads the Adam Kolker Quartet Featuring John Abercombie.

Iridium Jazz Club is located at 1650 Broadway (at 51st St.) in New York City. The band will perform two sets, at 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM. The music charge is $20 per set, with a food/drink minimum. Kolker's brilliant new CD, “Reflections" (Sunnyside Records), features guitarist John Abercrombie, pianist Russ Lossing, bassist John Hébert, drummer Billy Mintz, and vocalists Judi Silvano and Kay Matsukawa. Kolker's previous CD, “Flag Day" (Sunnyside Records) features John Abercrombie, John Hébert, and the late Paul Motian on drums.

Kolker has toured the world as the longtime featured soloist with Ray Barretto & New World Spirit, and appears on five of Barretto's CDs, performing alongside such greats as James Moody, Joe Lovano, Steve Turre, Kenny Burrell and Eddie Gomez.
