Tom Petty DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND, TOM PETTY & THE HEARTBREAKERS ADD SECOND KCSN/LA BENEFIT CONCERT ON SUNDAY, OCTOBER 30

Due to overwhelming demand, Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame members Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers are excited to announce they will be adding a second concert to the first Benefit Concert for Public Radio station 88.5 FM KCSN/Los Angeles.

The Benefit Concert will be held Sunday, October 30th, at the 500 seat Plaza del Sol Performance Hall on the campus of California State University, Northridge. Tickets for this second show will be available by listening to KCSN on Saturday, October 22 and Sunday October 23. When KCSN listeners hear the 'cue-to-call" they will call to make “Pledge For Petty."

Proceeds from the Pledge Drive will be used to support growth initiatives for KCSN, including signal improvements and community outreach. A portion of proceeds will also go to benefit National Public Radio's Music Initiative. KCSN launched its “Smart Rock" format on July 15th, 2011.
