Born in Belgium and raised in Israel, Ms. Scheffer is a talented singer and composer whose band includes Andrew Urbina (alto sax), Steve Pardo (tenor sax), Lefteris Kordis (piano), Brad Barrett (bass) and Ronen Itzik (drums).
