About Chris Zamora
Chris Zamora's musical influences and experiences span the globe, from Southeast Asia to Brazil to the Chicago jazz scene.
Chris's passion for the guitar started at age 8 in the Philippines. That passion has allowed him to play with many of the world's musical legends. A current lead guitarist for award-winning singer and actress Lisa Zane, Chris also played for African bassist / Musical Director Papa Noel Ekwabi, Jazz Violinist Noel Pointer, and Andrew Chuckerman, the Grammy-nominated musical director and keyboardist for Stevie Wonder, LeAnn Rimes and Rod Stewart.
Chris is a recipient of the Filipino American Hall of Fame Award for Music and currently Musical Director of the ethnic Filipino ensemble SAMA-SAMA."
He is also a member of The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP).
