I will be playing with a longtime friend and musical associate of mine, pianist Laurent Coq, this Saturday. A little while back, I played on two albums as part of his quartet, Like A Tree in the City (Sunnyside) and Eight Fragments of Summer (88 Trees). Laurent now lives in Paris and doesn't play in New York often. We will be playing some compositions of his and some of mine. Jerome Sabbagh
